Before strategy, before content, before hooks — there's a person. Part 1 is about getting sharp on who that person actually is: what they're exceptional at, what they believe, what they're scared of. Most creators skip this and then wonder why nothing sticks. Don't skip it.
Answer as the version of you that exists right now, not the one that sounds good. Nobody is grading this. The more honest you are, the more useful it gets. 30–45 minutes, phone on silent, one sitting if you can.
Your 5 brand layers mapped. A Face Test score that tells you where your content actually stands. Your spiky edge named. The thread that runs under everything you make. And the fear that's been keeping you invisible — out of your head and onto paper.
Exercises for Part 1 of the guide. Complete after reading Part 1.

| Layer | What it means | Yours |
|---|---|---|
| Who you are | Your story, your values, the thing that shaped you | |
| How you look | Your face, visual habits, signature elements | |
| How you speak | Your voice, your slang, your energy on camera | |
| What you stand for | Your opinions, your takes, what you'd defend | |
| What you keep showing up around | Recurring themes, obsessions, projects, life areas |
